1962 yılında oynadığı ilk James Bond filminin ile ilk James Bond’u olan efsane oyuncu Sean Connery 31 Ekim 2020’de hayata gözlerini yumdu.
Daha önce The Rock, The Untouchables, The Hunt for Red October ve daha birçok filmde rol alan ancak en çok James Bond olarak tanınan usta oyuncu ilk kez 1962 yılında Dr. No filmi ile James Bond’u canlandırmıştı. Sean Connery 90 yaşında hayatını kaybetti.
Connery, 1 Oscar ödülü, 2 Bafta ve 3 olden Globe ödülü sahibiydi. 7 kez James Bond karakterini canlandıran aktör birçok oylamada, 007’yi oynayan en iyi aktör olarak değerlendirilmişti. Sean Connery’nin ölümü resmi olarak doğrulandı ancak henüz ölüm sebebi belli değil.
